Title Change For Tamara's Movie:

Tamara's first post-GH project, the independent film "Little Chenier" (formerly titled "Little Bayou"), recently wrapped production. Shot on location in Southwestern Louisiana for several weeks this summer, the film features Tamara in the leading role of a young Cajun beauty. Her hair was dyed very dark, and she was Mystic tanned to a deep bronze for the film. Tamara also worked with a dialect coach in order to learn to speak with the distinct Cajun accent that her role required.

Tamara had the following comments on her experience filming "Little Chenier":

"It's going to be an incredible festival film. It's what I asked for when I left GH: I wanted to work with really good, kind people who care about what they're doing and are passionate about it, and I've been given that gift....It's weird to put something out there and have it come back. I think that happens. It doesn't always come in a package that is completely discernible. Sometimes you look and say 'It's not exactly the package I wanted.' But Little Bayou, this came in the package."

Congratulations to Tamara, we are certain that she'll be sensational in the film. We look forward to her future projects, as well: she's going to have many more opportunities to shine in film and primetime!

Update on our TLC Fund-raising Drive:

We at TotallyTamara.com sponsored a fund-raising drive for Tamara's favorite charity, Therapeutic Living Centers for The Blind (TLC) earlier this year. A grand total of $2,500 was raised for this truly worthy organization! Tamara was truly touched by her fans' generousity; she will be sending TT a personal thank you message soon. We'll post it on the site as soon as we receive it.

We've also been in touch by phone and email with the representative of Therapeutic Living Centers for The Blind (TLC), Cyndi McAuley. She has asked us to tell you that TLC are extremely appreciative of the generosity of Tamara's fans; they have sent a formal thank you letter which appears here.
